5Really schooled a lot from this book

I have been training for scarcely 10 years now and cruise myself good prepared in a subject, though we schooled utterly a bit from this book and even speckled some things that we was doing wrong.

I wish we had review this book 10 years ago before we started training--I would've saved myself a lot of income and disappointment in perplexing out supplements, diets, and training methods that are only BS.

I've review all of Mr. Matthews' books and I'm a fan.
